Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (EU).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that were on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and return shipping

The buyer is responsible for covering all shipping expenses and customs fees related to the return. The returned parcel must be equipped with CN23 (or other applicable customs declaration) that indicates the content of the parcel is being returned. Otherwise, there might be substantial import costs related to customs procedures.


Customers with a delivery address within the EU (European Union) have 14 calendar days after delivery to start a return request, regardless of the return request deadline stated in the listing description. For customers outside of the EU, the applicable deadline for starting a return request can be found in the individual listing description.

Defective Items Replacement Policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish the procedures for handling defective items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain

  • Customer: Any individual or entity that purchases products from Neutronium Research and Development.

  • Proof of Purchase: Documentation or evidence that shows the item was purchased from Neutronium Research and Development, such as a receipt, order confirmation, or invoice.

4.1. Identification of Defective Items

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon receipt.

  • Defective items must be reported within [number of days, typically 30] days from the date of delivery.


4.2. Reporting a Defective Item

  • Customers must contact Neutronium Research and Development customer service through email to to report a defective item.

  • Customers should provide the following information:

    • Order number or proof of purchase

    • Description of the defect

    • Photographs or videos showing the defect, if applicable


4.3. Evaluation of the Defective Item

  • Neutronium Research and Development will review the provided information and may request further details if necessary.

  • If the defect is confirmed, Neutronium Research and Development will initiate the replacement process.


4.4. Replacement Process

  • First Action: The first action will be to send a replacement for the defective item.

  • Shipping Costs: Neutronium Research and Development will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item and for sending the replacement item to the customer.

  • Return of Defective Item: Customers may be required to return the defective item. Neutronium Research and Development will provide a prepaid shipping label if this is necessary.

  • Processing Time: Once the defective item is received (if a return is required) and inspected, Neutronium Research and Development will process the replacement within [number of days, typically 5-10] business days.

  • Refunds: If a replacement cannot be sent due to the item being out of stock or discontinued, Neutronium Research and Development will offer a full refund.


4.5. Exclusions

  • This policy does not cover items damaged due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage.

  • Consumable products, such as batteries, may have different terms and conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
