Hi
i am new to this site. I came to know about your products cause of my lodger who buys from you.
I am Male based in London, UK.
I have this problem which is being with me since long long time (25 years probably) and is getting worse as I age. My age is 49.
Basically top of my head, known as the crown area, always feels heavy and like detached. Feels like there is no blood circulation up there or poor one atleast. Its worse when I am either too busy or stressed or not exercising or eating well. I notice the pain and heavy detached feeling on top of head gets little less when I am exercising more and eating healthier.
so in order to counter this problem, I tend to keep to 3 to 4 times running for 40 minutes routine, do headstand for few minutes and eat well. But as I am ageing, I am finding less time for all this so the pain is more.
Much appreciated if anyone could provide some suggestions either in form of advice and measures I can take OR even wether one of the products in your store be suitable and sufficient for problem discussed above.
Cheers.
Regards
Mans

Hello Mans, first and foremost I want to make it clear that I am not a Doctor and in no way am I giving you medical advice. However, this sounds like it may be a potentially life threatening condition. I would suggest seeing a Doctor as soon as possible for this. It sounds to me like maybe you aren't getting enough blood flow to the brain, hints why when you workout you feel a bit better because the heart is working harder to push blood everywhere. Again this is not medical advice but I do urgently hope that you seek medical attention as soon as possible. Good luck and I hope you can get taken care of.
Thanks for the prompt reply.
i did get an MRI scan probably about 7 or 8 years back but they did not detect anything of unusual.
Maybe I will push myself to get checked again but with Covid thing, don’t know what is the situation with GP and doctor appointments.
This problem also makes me shake my head. I think I do that to get some blood circulation going to top of my scalp. This shaking of head has become a habit which is very noticeable for everyone when I am around people.
Anywayz we move on.
Well I do know this one thing for sure. I have anxiety and anxiety can trigger many symptoms when left unchecked. For example my anxiety causes me to feel like I am having a heart-attack when in fact it is nothing of the sort. You could also be having some sort of mineral deficiency. If I were you I'd get some blood work done to see if you are missing something in your diet that could be fixed with a simple diet fix. Other than that, I have no other thoughts on to what may possibly be wrong. Anyway. Take care. Hope you get to feeling better.
Thanks 👍
